From Zero To Hero

#6 Resilience: Become Harder to Break

Life doesn’t always hit once.

Sometimes it hits, waits for you to stand up and then checks if you’re still paying attention.

That’s resilience.

It’s the ability to take the hit, adapt and keep moving!

The Hit Is Data

Failure feels personal.

Rejection feels personal.

Loss feels personal.

But once the emotion settles, there’s something useful underneath it:

Information.

What did you underestimate?

What needs to change?

What should never be repeated?

Every setback carries data. Most people throw it away because they’re too busy asking, “Why me?”

The better question:

“What can I do with this?”

Keep Your Core

Resilience doesn’t mean changing who you are every time life pushes back.

Adapt the strategy.

But protect the core.

Your values. Your direction. Your standards. The things that actually matter.

Everything else can be rebuilt.

The plan can change.
The job can change.
The environment can change.
Even the version of you doing the rebuilding can change.

But the mission stays.

That’s how you survive the storm.

And remember.

Don’t you dare go Hollow!
